We developed North Town Centre in two phases, starting with the West side, which features two complexes, ample parking and a plaza.

Neighbourhood
Bridgwater is Winnipeg’s fastest-growing neighbourhood. It boasts more than 30 km of park trails, making it the ideal spot for active families. There are currently 20,000 residents living in the community, and the median age is 35 years old.
